Music Fesitvals and Special Events
City Entertainment Systems has worked with hundreds of national and international performing artists to ensure they receive the top-notch performing experience they require. We provide full-scale production services, including lighting, sound systems, staging, trussing, ground support and everything else that goes along with overseeing a professional presentation.
We’ve handed longtime annual events such as the Veterans Day Parade – “America’s Parade” – in Manhattan for years, along with the Allentown Fair, the Reading Fair and Fleet Week New York in addition to special events with presidents, governors and senators. Each of these large-scale events requires months of careful planning and coordination and we’re proud of the reputation we’ve developed with each event we organize and oversee.
But our commitment to our customers isn’t limited to only big-name acts. We work with numerous small churches and other organizations for their services and events, meeting with them to devise and implement the best way to handle their event’s unique needs.
We partner with other vendors to arrange for every detail – right down to every last chair at an event.

“We’ve had great success with our stages since City Entertainment Systems has joined us. They are professional and meet the high standards that we expect to see at an Allentown Fair show.”
To City Entertainment,
On behalf of Palisades Middle School, I would like to thank you for your ongoing support of the Theatre programs at Palisades Middle School. We recognize that for over 10 years, City Entertainment Systems has been a constant contributor to our school’s Theatre presentations. Our musicals have been enhanced by the generous technical support provided each year by your company.
To whom it may concern, as a performer of many years’ standing at festivals and concerts, I can wholeheartedly recommend the sound reinforcement skills of City Entertainment Systems and Philip J. Forchelli for all your sound and lighting needs. Thoroughly professional, punctual and polite in all aspects of the business, they come prepared for all eventualities. My highest recommendations!
